Senior Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (remote)

We are growing our team at Harborlight North Auto Group and adding a Senior Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be schedule tracking. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving supplier deliveries. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with supplier deliveries. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Fresno. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
