Senior Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (remote)

Rivermark Clear Inspection Services provides independent inspection and testing for industry across Buffalo, and we need a Senior Project Coordinator to lead our schedule tracking. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving scheduling. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with scheduling. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Buffalo. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
