Senior Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (remote)

Northwind Rowan Hospitality is a hospitality company in Seattle with restaurants, rooms and catering, and we need a Senior Project Coordinator to lead our schedule tracking. Promotion from within is common. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving group events. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with group events. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Seattle. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
