Senior Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (remote)

Summit Vista Auto Group serves drivers and dealerships across the Anchorage region. We are hiring a Senior Project Coordinator to take on schedule tracking. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving warranty claims. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with warranty claims. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Anchorage. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
