Senior Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (remote)

Westbrook Iron Construction is looking for a Senior Project Coordinator. The job centres on schedule tracking for safety records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 617 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving safety records. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with safety records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Austin. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
