Senior Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (remote)

Bluepeak Nest Pharma supports drug development and manufacturing around Oklahoma City. We are hiring a Senior Project Coordinator to take on schedule tracking. Quality is everyone's job here, not a department. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving clinical studies. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with clinical studies. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Oklahoma City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
