Senior Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (remote)

Harborlight Willow Construction is looking for a Senior Project Coordinator. The job centres on schedule tracking for safety records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Site safety is non-negotiable. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving safety records. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with safety records. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Orlando. • We reply to every applicant.
