Senior Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (remote)

We are growing our team at Cedar Granite Medical and adding a Senior Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be schedule tracking. Patient safety shapes every decision. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving clinical evaluations. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with clinical evaluations. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Oklahoma City. • We reply to every applicant.
