Senior Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (remote)

Clearpath Mill Freight coordinates shipments and warehousing around Memphis, and we need a Senior Project Coordinator to lead our schedule tracking. You would join a small organisation of about 137 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with dock schedules. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Memphis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
