Senior Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (remote)

Redstone Basin Inspection Services is an inspection company in Orlando with field technicians and lab staff. We are hiring a Senior Project Coordinator to take on schedule tracking. You would join a small organisation of about 30 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving client sites. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with client sites. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Orlando. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
