Senior Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (remote)

Silverline Bridge Freight Group coordinates shipments and warehousing around Orlando. We are hiring a Senior Project Coordinator to take on schedule tracking. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving loads and lanes. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with loads and lanes. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Orlando. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
