Senior Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (remote)

Silverline Lakeside Transit Planning is a transit-planning firm in Tucson working with agencies and riders. We are hiring a Senior Project Coordinator to take on schedule tracking. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving service alerts. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with service alerts. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Tucson. • We reply to every applicant.
