Senior Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (remote)

Cedar Pike Manufacturing manufactures parts and assemblies at its Jacksonville plant, and we need a Senior Project Coordinator to lead our schedule tracking. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving machine downtime. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with machine downtime. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Jacksonville. • We reply to every applicant.
