Senior Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (remote)

Lumen Lakeside Energy is looking for a Senior Project Coordinator. The job centres on schedule tracking for usage data, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We work closely with regulators and communities. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving usage data. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with usage data. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Columbus. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
