Senior Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (remote)

Rivermark Linden Facilities looks after properties across the Milwaukee region, and we need a Senior Project Coordinator to lead our schedule tracking. Clear communication between supervisors and crews matters. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving cleaning schedules. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with cleaning schedules. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Milwaukee. • We reply to every applicant.
