Senior Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (remote)

Cedar Meadow Community Partners is a nonprofit in Sacramento supporting families with food, housing and job help. We are hiring a Senior Project Coordinator to take on schedule tracking. Flexibility and kindness are expected. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving volunteer shifts. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with volunteer shifts. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Sacramento. • We reply to every applicant.
