Foxglove Rook Community Partners is looking for a Senior Project Coordinator. The job centres on schedule tracking for food distribution, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving food distribution. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with food distribution. • PMP or CAPM certification.
