Nova Lakeside Transit Planning is looking for a Senior Project Coordinator. The job centres on schedule tracking for survey data, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We like people who ride the bus and notice when things do not work. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving survey data. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with survey data. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Philadelphia, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
