Silverline Mill Transit Planning Group is looking for a Senior Project Coordinator. The job centres on schedule tracking for ridership counts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Work is collaborative and map-heavy. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving ridership counts. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with ridership counts. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Philadelphia. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
