Senior Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Philadelphia, PA)

Greenridge Birch Freight moves freight for manufacturers and retailers out of Philadelphia. We are hiring a Senior Project Coordinator to take on schedule tracking. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving claims. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with claims. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Philadelphia. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
