Senior Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Philadelphia, PA)

Silverline Bridge Inspection Services tests and certifies buildings, pipelines and equipment around Philadelphia. We are hiring a Senior Project Coordinator to take on schedule tracking. You would join a small organisation of about 196 people based in Philadelphia. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving test reports. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with test reports. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Philadelphia. • We reply to every applicant.
