Senior Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Orlando, FL)

Westbrook River Manufacturing is a Orlando manufacturer supplying regional industrial customers. We are hiring a Senior Project Coordinator to take on schedule tracking. You would join a large organisation of about 933 people based in Orlando. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving work orders. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with work orders. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Orlando. • We reply to every applicant.
