Senior Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Oklahoma City, OK)

Stonegate Sparrow Care Services is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around Oklahoma City. We are hiring a Senior Project Coordinator to take on schedule tracking. We train and promote from within. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving family communication. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with family communication. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Oklahoma City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
