Senior Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Oklahoma City, OK)

Greenridge Forge Care Services provides in-home and community support in Oklahoma City. We are hiring a Senior Project Coordinator to take on schedule tracking. The work is personal and so is the culture. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving care plans. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with care plans. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Oklahoma City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
