Senior Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Oklahoma City, OK)

Fernwood Timber Water Authority supplies drinking water and treats wastewater for Oklahoma City and nearby communities. We are hiring a Senior Project Coordinator to take on schedule tracking. You would join a small organisation of about 58 people based in Oklahoma City. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving treatment plant data. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with treatment plant data. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Oklahoma City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
