Senior Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Oklahoma City, OK)

Nova Stone Environmental Services collects and processes waste and recycling around Oklahoma City, and we need a Senior Project Coordinator to lead our schedule tracking. You would join a large organisation of about 700 people based in Oklahoma City. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving collection routes. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with collection routes. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Oklahoma City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
