Senior Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Oklahoma City, OK)

Lumen Mill Hospitality runs guest-focused properties across the Oklahoma City area, and we need a Senior Project Coordinator to lead our schedule tracking. Promotion from within is common. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving group events. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with group events. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Oklahoma City. • We reply to every applicant.
