Senior Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Nashville, TN)

Fernwood Keystone Facilities is looking for a Senior Project Coordinator. The job centres on schedule tracking for cleaning schedules, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving cleaning schedules. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with cleaning schedules. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Nashville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
