Senior Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Minneapolis, MN)

Rivermark Hollow Arts Center is an arts centre in Minneapolis with a full calendar of events, and we need a Senior Project Coordinator to lead our schedule tracking. You would join a small organisation of about 59 people based in Minneapolis. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with volunteer programmes. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Minneapolis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
