Redstone Sable Construction is looking for a Senior Project Coordinator. The job centres on schedule tracking for change orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving change orders. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with change orders. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Minneapolis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
