Senior Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Minneapolis, MN)

Redstone Nest Construction builds commercial and industrial projects around Minneapolis. We are hiring a Senior Project Coordinator to take on schedule tracking. We build things that last and we are honest about schedules. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving project schedules. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with project schedules. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Minneapolis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
