Senior Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Milwaukee, WI)

Westbrook Quarry Environmental Services is an environmental-services company in Milwaukee with routes, transfer stations and recycling. We are hiring a Senior Project Coordinator to take on schedule tracking. Early starts and steady work; we look after our drivers. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving collection routes. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with collection routes. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Milwaukee, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
