Senior Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Milwaukee, WI)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Drift Transit Planning and adding a Senior Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be schedule tracking. You would join a large organisation of about 996 people based in Milwaukee. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving accessibility audits. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with accessibility audits. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Milwaukee. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
