Senior Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Memphis, TN)

Northwind Juniper Inspection Services Group is looking for a Senior Project Coordinator. The job centres on schedule tracking for field inspections, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Independence and accuracy are our product. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving field inspections. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with field inspections. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Memphis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
