Senior Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Memphis, TN)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Birch Care Services and adding a Senior Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be schedule tracking. We train and promote from within. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving caregiver training. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with caregiver training. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Memphis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
