Senior Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Memphis, TN)

We are growing our team at Redstone Beacon Manufacturing and adding a Senior Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be schedule tracking. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with scrap and rework. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Memphis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
