Senior Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Memphis, TN)

Nova Pine Auto Group operates automotive service and parts businesses around Memphis. We are hiring a Senior Project Coordinator to take on schedule tracking. You would join a large organisation of about 521 people based in Memphis. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving parts orders. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with parts orders. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Memphis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
