Senior Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Louisville, KY)

Harborlight West Arts Center is a cultural organisation in Louisville presenting exhibitions and performances, and we need a Senior Project Coordinator to lead our schedule tracking. You would join a small organisation of about 198 people based in Louisville. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving event logistics. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with event logistics. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Louisville. • We reply to every applicant.
