Senior Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Little Rock, AR)

Fernwood Forge Transit Planning plans bus and rail service for cities around Little Rock. We are hiring a Senior Project Coordinator to take on schedule tracking. We like people who ride the bus and notice when things do not work. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving route schedules. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with route schedules. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Little Rock. • We reply to every applicant.
