Senior Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Little Rock, AR)

We are growing our team at Nova Keystone Health and adding a Senior Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be schedule tracking. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Little Rock. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving referrals. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with referrals. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Little Rock, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
