Senior Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Las Vegas, NV)

Stonegate Keystone Freight Group moves freight for manufacturers and retailers out of Las Vegas. We are hiring a Senior Project Coordinator to take on schedule tracking. Dispatch, drivers and warehouse staff talk to each other constantly. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving dock schedules. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with dock schedules. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Las Vegas. • We reply to every applicant.
