Senior Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Las Vegas, NV)

Cedar Pine Medical Group is a Las Vegas company producing monitoring and surgical equipment, and we need a Senior Project Coordinator to lead our schedule tracking. Documentation is part of the craft. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving training materials. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with training materials. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Las Vegas. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
