Senior Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Knoxville, TN)

Nova Nest Manufacturing is a Knoxville manufacturer supplying regional industrial customers. We are hiring a Senior Project Coordinator to take on schedule tracking. Shifts are steady and overtime is planned. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving customer orders. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with customer orders. • PMP or CAPM certification.
