Senior Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Kansas City, MO)

Westbrook Thistle Medical designs and makes medical devices in Kansas City. We are hiring a Senior Project Coordinator to take on schedule tracking. You would join a large organisation of about 574 people based in Kansas City. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with clinical evaluations. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Kansas City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
