Senior Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Kansas City, MO)

Summit Yarrow Health runs clinics and patient services around Kansas City, and we need a Senior Project Coordinator to lead our schedule tracking. Continuing education is supported. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving patient education. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with patient education. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Kansas City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
