Senior Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Kansas City, MO)

Clearpath Wren Health provides primary and specialty care in Kansas City. We are hiring a Senior Project Coordinator to take on schedule tracking. You would join a large organisation of about 741 people based in Kansas City. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving electronic records. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with electronic records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Kansas City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
