Senior Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Kansas City, MO)

Highbridge Harbor Care Services supports families and individuals in Kansas City with personal care and coordination, and we need a Senior Project Coordinator to lead our schedule tracking. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving care plans. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with care plans. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Kansas City. • We reply to every applicant.
