Senior Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Kansas City, MO)

We are growing our team at Cedar Union Health and adding a Senior Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be schedule tracking. We are busy and kind, and we look after each other. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving patient scheduling. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with patient scheduling. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Kansas City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
