Senior Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Jackson, MS)

Nova Vale Housing provides affordable homes and support services around Jackson, and we need a Senior Project Coordinator to lead our schedule tracking. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Jackson. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving rent assistance. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with rent assistance. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Jackson, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
