Senior Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Jackson, MS)

Northwind Cross Inspection Services is an inspection company in Jackson with field technicians and lab staff. We are hiring a Senior Project Coordinator to take on schedule tracking. Technicians travel and report carefully. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving certifications. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with certifications. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Jackson. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
